Your privacy

Email updates

If you sign up, FlowExist uses your email address to send product news and early-access updates. The form also records your agreement to receive those emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in each email.

Subscriptions and email delivery are handled by beehiiv. It may process technical information, signup sources, and email engagement as described in beehiiv’s privacy policy. You can also use the signup link directly if the embedded form does not load.

Signup preferences on this browser

We store a first-party browser flag when the updates popup opens, so it does not automatically interrupt you again. A separate flag records an accepted signup on this browser, including when email confirmation is still pending. These preferences contain no email address and are shared by the homepage and demo on the same site. You can reopen the form with “Get early-access updates.”

Clearing browser storage can reset these preferences. They do not identify you across devices, private-browser sessions, or a different browser. If persistent storage is unavailable, we suppress the automatic popup and keep the manual signup button available. Email confirmation and subscriber records are handled by beehiiv.

The interactive demo

The demo uses sample records. Changes you make are saved in your browser’s local storage so they are still there when you return. Use “Restore sample data” in the full dashboard to reset those changes. The demo does not connect to your email, calendar, or business accounts. Please use made-up details when trying it.

Website analytics

FlowExist uses Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, and which demo sections people explore. Google may process browser and device information, approximate location, and identifiers stored in analytics cookies. We do not send email addresses, form answers, or the contents of demo records to Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. Our analytics code respects the Global Privacy Control browser signal.

Read Google’s privacy policy or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Site hosting

This website is hosted through Sites. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.
